Services

We provide web development, hosting services, and related digital solutions. All services are provided "as is" and we make no warranties about the results or performance of our services.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. We reserve the right to require payment in advance for new clients or large projects.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients own the final deliverables. We retain the right to use work for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our services. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of client information and project details, except as required by law or with explicit client consent.

Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination, clients are responsible for payment of work completed up to that point.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Polk County, Florida.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
